Automated: token application has to provide a restructured tcc as part of it's package

Problems:

1. You can't package the tcc chaincode using tokengen as it needs access to the source
2. If you do access the source it builds a package but doesn't updata params.go
3. In order to use the old lifecycle package the chaincode has to be restructured so that main.go is in the root path and all the files in tcc package are put into a tcc directory
