Release opencode-schedule 0.5.0 to npm latest (renamed from opencode-waits).

• Canonical /schedule, /schedule-list, /schedule-cancel commands and schedule_create/schedule_list/schedule_cancel tools; /wait* commands and wait_* tools remain as compatibility aliases with identical duration/prompt behavior.
• Visible Schedules side-panel button plus an ordinary native +/New tab launcher in OpenCode Desktop.
• Source organized into server/, tui/, gui/, shared/; public exports (., ./server, ./tui, ./gui-experimental, ./rpc) keep their names.
• Stable runtime identity, RPC contract and stored schedule path unchanged, so existing pending schedules carry over.

Migration: replace the opencode-waits plugin entry with opencode-schedule; never enable both. Browser/web loading remains unverified.
