Context

The main workflow was named make-all, which did not explain its purpose well.
This renames the workflow file and display name to the standard CI convention.

TL;DR

Rename the main GitHub Actions workflow from make-all to CI and ci.yml.

Summary

  • Rename .github/workflows/make-all.yml to .github/workflows/ci.yml
  • Change the workflow display name and expected check name from make-all to CI
  • Update the README badge and Rust tests and fixtures to match the new workflow name

Alternatives

  • Keep make-all, but it is vague and does not match common repo conventions
  • Use a more explicit file name like build_and_test.yml, but ci.yml is simpler

Test Plan

  • cargo fmt --check
  • cargo test
  • cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings
  • Verified make-all references were removed from README, workflows, and Rust sources

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Renamed the continuous integration workflow from make-all to CI, improving naming clarity and consistency throughout the project.
    • Updated the repository's CI status badge and internal test suite to reference the newly renamed workflow and ensure all check runs are properly tracked and validated.

Summary:
- Rename the main GitHub Actions workflow file from make-all.yml to
  ci.yml.
- Change the workflow display name to CI and update the README badge.
- Update Rust tests and fixtures that assert the workflow check name.

Rationale:
- make-all does not describe the workflow's purpose clearly.
- ci.yml matches the naming convention used by many popular repos.

Tests:
- cargo fmt --check
- cargo test
- cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings (not run)
