I build AI systems for industries where failure has real consequences — healthcare, biotech, finance. Right now that means Managing Partner at Light Forge Works, CEO at Synthyra, and shipping OSS tooling for teams building with models.
The thread: models are components in governed systems, not magic. If you can't instrument it, roll it back, and explain what it's doing, it's not ready.
Light Forge Works — integrated software development for middle-market businesses. We connect existing tools, automate workflows, and deliver working software in 30 days. Not platforms — software that actually attaches to how you work.
Synthyra — proteome-scale protein interaction platform. SYNTERACT-4 screens all 20,000+ human proteins at 375M interactions/second (AUROC 0.82). 1.4M+ model downloads, 80+ wet-lab validated predictions.
Speedrift / Driftdriver — OSS tooling for AI-driven development. Drift checking, contract enforcement, workgraph task coordination. Started as internal tooling; open because it turned out to be useful.
RVIBE → Intempio → Aclara → LightForge → Resilience Creative. Different industries, same pattern: connect the weird mix of people, data, and creative constraints until the work ships.
PhD in music theory and composition. Turns out decomposing voice-leading problems and decomposing workflow failures use the same muscle.
