cannot receive the activate email

I follow the guidance to register a new account, and provide my gmail address, but haven't received the activate email yet. Should I keep waiting?

Same error for me! I am not gettitng the activation code email. I tried both my institution email, and my personal email. Please help!

I experience the same issue, it turns out the last name needs to be longer than 2 or 3 alphabets.
