Now we can pass OpenCV version using -DOpenCV_VERSION=xxx being xxx the version. If no OpenCV_VERSION is specified, it'll assume default 246 version.
This reverts commit 849d55b.
Adjusted Timer Removed some debugging from vglContext
I dont know if the 1000 upload CPU->GPU are working correctly I dont know if the 1000 download GPU->CPU are working correctly Threshold image are not saving thus, seems like its not working correctly
Still have to check if copyTo, download and upload are forcing operations.
