validate month against pdf bank document

• parse pdf bank document (regex)
• try to match with month overview
  • show transactions that are missing in BudgetMaster but are present in the bank document
  • show transactions that are in BudgetMaster but not in the bank document
  • warn about transactions that might not be parsed
• use CSV
