Objective

Build a secure TrustScore system from 0 to 1000 using verified Skill Hub activity, completed GIGs, approved practice, reviewer assessments, and valid penalties. Prevent duplicate or manually forged points, show score breakdowns and tier requirements, reconcile stale scores, and add complete backend tests.
