feat(hero): add live status link under the terminal and loosen cta spacing

What changed

Breathing room. The gap above the hero CTA row is larger: 48 → 64px on desktop and 32 → 40px on mobile. The gap between the CTA row and the stat row is 56px on desktop (was 48) and 40px on mobile (was 32).

Status link. A new "See also / Status website →" link sits under the hero terminal and points to https://stats.decdn.org/. It's a plain link rendered by the Hero server component: a pulsing green dot, then the text and arrow.

• Color: the "SEE ALSO" label is ink at 60%, like the stat labels (about 5.7:1). The "Status website" text uses a deepened --whisper (about 6.6:1 on white). Raw --whisper is about 3.5:1 and fails AA at body size. The dot and arrow keep the full accent.
• Motion and focus: with reduced motion the pulse and the arrow nudge are off. Keyboard focus uses the browser default ring, like the neighbouring "read the docs" and "source" links.

Layout. The hero's inner grid now has two rows (lead + CTA | terminal, then stats | status link). self-baseline on the second-row items lines up the "SEE ALSO" label with the stat labels. On mobile, DOM order stacks the terminal under the stats and the link last.

• Earlier commits on this branch added a 24h settlement bar strip and a separate HeroStatus client component whose dot pulsed only when the live stats were current. Both are removed, so the dot now pulses unconditionally and the link adds no client JS.
• The status link is not added to the llms-full.txt mirror, because hero links aren't mirrored today.
• The link uses Geist sans, matching the stat row, rather than mono, so the label and value line metrics match.
• At 1440px the terminal is about 43px taller than lead + CTA, so row 1 follows the terminal and the gap above the stat row there is about 99px rather than 56. At 1024px the gap is exactly 56px.

Verification

• pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint, pnpm test (510 passing) and pnpm format:check pass on the final commit. pnpm build (including check:out and check:og-image) passed on the first commit and was not rerun after that.
• The browser checks (with getBoundingClientRect) were done after the spacing nudge and before the link was inlined. The "SEE ALSO" and "TARGET PRICE" label bottoms matched at 1440px and 1024px, and the gap measurements above come from that check. The 375px mobile stacking and overflow check dates from the first commit.
