Changed the default output format to markdown. Html output is available but no longer supported.

Legacy Breaking Changes

Update handling of "legacy" breaking changes - changes like obsolete types - that pre-existed in the old version of an assembly. These changes don't make it into the individual assembly or type report, they only go into the breaking changes report. New obsolete stuff will still appear as before in the assembly and type breakdown reports.

Breaking (Bad) Changes

Extended support for breaking changes, includes all obsolete items in breaking changes doc.

Mr Markdown

Now supports markdown for report generation as well as html.
