fix: enable QComboBox wheel event patch

1. Add fix-ComboBox-Wheelevent.patch to debian/patches/series
2. Update debian/changelog for version 6.8.0+dfsg-0deepin36
3. The patch allows QComboBox to propagate wheel events to parent scroll widgets when the style hint disables wheel scrolling
4. This restores expected scrolling behavior in embedded or container- based UI layouts

Influence:

1. Test QComboBox inside a scrollable container (e.g. QScrollArea) and verify wheel events scroll the parent when combo box wheel scrolling is disabled via style hint
2. Verify that QComboBox still scrolls its items when wheel scrolling is enabled
3. Test wheel event behavior across different styles/platforms to ensure the style hint is respected
4. Confirm no regression in normal combo box interactions (selection, popup display)
5. Verify the patch applies cleanly during package build

fix: 启用 QComboBox 滚轮事件补丁

1. 将 fix-ComboBox-Wheelevent.patch 添加到 debian/patches/series
2. 更新 debian/changelog 至版本 6.8.0+dfsg-0deepin36
3. 该补丁使 QComboBox 在样式提示禁用滚轮滚动时将滚轮事件传递给父级滚动 控件
4. 恢复嵌入式或容器化 UI 布局中的预期滚动行为

1. 测试位于可滚动容器（如 QScrollArea）中的 QComboBox，验证在样式提示禁 用组合框滚轮滚动时滚轮事件能滚动父级
2. 验证启用滚轮滚动时 QComboBox 仍能滚动其选项

4. 确认组合框的正常交互（选择、弹出显示）无回归
5. 验证补丁在打包构建过程中能正确应用
