Was tested manually on Chrome. No longer required post competition end date. Will be deployed tomorrow in regular codecombat deploy.

This reverts commit c2d1090. Reverting the earlier commit didn't fix the new behavior of the Drift bubble showing up too much on /play URLs, so now looking at extending this to make it work properly.
