- Automatically detect Bun workspaces and resolve workspace:* dependencies
- Transfer only required workspace packages (not entire monorepo)
- Install dependencies at monorepo root to resolve workspace deps
- Build and run PM2 from app subdirectory
- Add optional monorepo config for manual include/exclude of packages
