Linux 5.10 for MyGica ATV495X

Linux image based on a Focal CLI release from https://github.com/ophub/amlogic-s9xxx-armbian. The image includes:

• Kernel 5.10 with Realtek 8189ES driver added
• u-boot v2022.04 with DDR init patch to let u-boot use internal eMMC
• Bootable SD for HDMI Boot Dongle with boot@SDC

Simply burn image to SD, insert into the MyGica ATV495X and reboot, SD will auto start without manually selecting recovery mode.
