Keep the sparse-index smoke fixture representative without promoting the full transitive graph to direct dependencies. The curated exact-pinned graph keeps the lockfile stable while avoiding transitive ignore conditions. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Stabilizes the Cargo sparse-index smoke test with a compact, exact-pinned dependency graph instead of relying on ignore conditions for transitive updates. This keeps the scenario focused on the important behavior: Cargo resolving crates through the crates.io sparse index via the Dependabot proxy, which covers the proxy regression fixed in dependabot/proxy#138 without carrying unnecessary dependency noise.
