Rewrites title, meta description, hero H1, and subheadline of
/use-cases/file-management/heic-to-jpg/ to target 'batch convert heic to jpg'
(Ahrefs: 700 vol / KD 24, TP 250) as the surviving page in the
cannibalization fix for audit item #6.

- Title: 'Batch Convert HEIC to JPG Locally | Mac & Windows | Desktop Commander'
- H1: 'Batch convert HEIC to JPG, locally'
- Subheadline leads with batch + local + cross-platform angle

Blog post /blog/convert-heic-to-jpg-locally-with-desktop-commander/
is already silently rewritten to this page at the Cloudflare edge;
follow-up for Dmitrijs: convert that rewrite to a proper 301 redirect.
