Adds AI Gateway as an alternative to the TypeSafe SDK, selectable through environment variables. Reports and the dashboard identify the backend used.
Gateway requests retry 429/503 responses with shared cooldowns: 2s, 4s, then 8s, honoring server-specified waits until recovery or cancellation.
Validated with 15 passing tests, project checks, and a small live codebase review. Older saved reports remain supported.
