Removing sections from config.toml has no effect

If I remove sections from the default config, such as [packages], I still get "Packages: ... " in the display output. The lack of a configured section would seem to be the way to remove a module, but it does not.

I figured it out, it's the module-order line that configures whether a module is displayed or not. Suggestion: add a 'display-order' property to each configured module's configuration section. The lack of a configuration section could simply remove the module from display.
