Please make changes in your commit history as this PR is showing all the changes from the previous PRs, it'll be easier to have a look at the files which include the tags feature code then.
Hyperlinked tags are added to enable easier finding of similar posts.

Description
Added tags feature, so that posts can be accessed tag-wise. Each post displays tags at the bottom, and they link to a tag page with tag-wise displaying of posts.
This was made by capturing the list of all tags, and then using a for loop to display the content.
