Added two Deep Learning books and One Machine Learning book

I added two Deep Learning books and One Machine Learning book which helped me.

1. Dive into Deep Learning (https://d2l.ai/) - A very good book for deep learning beginners which starts from implementing linear regression with neural networks till Recommendation Systems. All the algorithms in the book are implemented from scratch to show they work.
2. Deep Learning Book (https://www.deeplearningbook.org/) - A book for intermediate people who have knowledge of basic Deep Learning. This book is very dense.
3. Interpretable ML (https://christophm.github.io/interpretable-ml-book/) - I noticed there was no book that touched upon Explainable Ai in the list. This book is a good introduction to Interpretability and Explainable Ai.
