ASNT-120: IIIF Presentation API 3 manifest export #155
Export the open project as a IIIF Presentation API 3 manifest, from the app's File ▸ Export menu and from the web converter. The writer lives in crates/qrate-export so both produce the same file. qrate describes and links to the collection's files; it serves none of them, so it makes no IIIF Image API claim. Branch feature/iiif-presentation, PR #119.
Scope
In scope: one Manifest per project; a Canvas per row that links a picture, a recording, a video or a PDF; the archival arrangement as Ranges; metadata, navDate and rights from the project's own columns; a report of the rows that could not be carried over.
Out of scope: hosting files or an Image API service, referencing an existing Image API service, importing manifests, a Collection of per-item Manifests, a new mapping or profile format.
Task Details
Writer.qrate_export::iiif_manifest, pure and with no new dependencies, so it also compiles to WebAssembly. Every address is built on the web address the archivist says the export will be published at; files sit below files/ exactly as the ZIP Archive export lays them out.
Mapping. From declared column types: Title is the label, Date is navDate when it names one day, month or year, a Rights or License column is rights when it holds a Creative Commons or RightsStatements.org address. Every non-empty cell is a metadata pair.
App. A IIIF Manifest… entry that asks for the web address, remembers it in the project, measures the linked files off the UI thread and says what it left out.
Web.Project::to_iiif in the WebAssembly interface, and a row on /convert.

Definition of Done
The golden manifest passes the official IIIF Presentation validator with no errors
An exported manifest opens in a IIIF viewer
A row that cannot be presented is reported, never written as malformed output
