Summary

  • Add persistent Feedback controls to the workspace and launcher title bars, with Windows title-bar hit testing handled correctly.
  • Open the hosted form from debug and release builds with structured diagnostics and a bounded, home-path-redacted session log in the URL fragment.
  • Keep diagnostics and logs visible and optional before submission.
  • Add bug, feature, and UI/UX menu shortcuts.
  • Document the intake design and the future receipt-email plan.

Verification

  • cargo test -p app: 30 passed.
  • Focused feedback URL handoff test passed after the automatic log change.
  • Prior GitHub CI passed on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu. The final documentation-triggered run is in progress.
  • The final local scripts/ci.sh attempt hit Windows MSVC error C1056 while writing an lzma-sys object timestamp. This is a local filesystem/toolchain failure, not a source diagnostic.

Release dependency

Requires companion site PR #129. Deploy the hosted form before releasing the desktop controls.

The companion flow was verified against the real local Worker and Linear project. Packaged cross-platform UI smoke testing remains a release gate.
