…Array API, coverage The 0.8.0 section was cut on 06-18 and only covered variant + the Materialized sweep. Fill in the rest of what ships in 0.8.0: ADR 0003 Phase E bounds hardening (Security), CSV-import OOM fixes + CLI/BoolArray fixes (Fixed), the Array.truncate→limited / materialize / segmentIfPresent API changes (Changed), and a Tests note (coverage 74%→80%, Sonar all-A).
