Brief overview of changes

Adding filter names, filter items, and indicator names to the data dictionary, ahead of the pupil absence in schools in England publication, for the new absence API data sets.

Why are these changes being made?

These changes are being made so the new items are captured by the data screener ahead of the publication on Thursday the 26th of March.

Detailed description of changes

This adds the following to the data dictionary

• Filter item absence_type with items Persistent absence, Severe absence, and Total pupils,
• Adding Total authorised reason sessions, Total overall reason sessions, and Total unauthorised reason sessions items into the existing attendance_reason filter,
• Adding Special schools to the existing phase_type_grouping filter,
• Adding new enrolments_count, and enrolments_percent indicator names.
