Brief overview of changes
Adding new filter names and filter items to the data dictionary, ahead of the Outcomes for children in need publication, for the new API data sets required by the Opportunity Mission Dashboard and the Edustats briefing tool.
Why are these changes being made?
These changes are being made so the new items are captured by the data screener ahead of the publication on Thursday the 2nd of April.

The pull request adds the
All pupilsfilter item to sen_provision and ethnicity_major.The pull request adds 3 new filters with corresponding items, they are
period_of_care_length,placement, andsocial_care_group.
