This is to push current updates to the shiny-template repo from my header_favicon branch. Here, the favicon has been updated but I have yet to ensure that the header does not disappear when I maximise the Shiny app output. Updates will be made shortly.
Some R scripts have been amended in line with other repos that may have gone through similar updates. These are areas I may consider reviewing before giving a final PR update.
