msInspect is a suite of LC-MS proteomics analysis software. It is described at http://proteomics.fhcrc.org

The msInspect codebase was forked from the CPAS repository (now labkey.org) into a subversion repository on July 8, 2008.  
The revision of the CPAS repository that was forked was r9111.
The msInspect trunk was then used to create this git repository on April 17, 2013.
