fixed the readme to point to the correct directories when running ./scripts/run_all_gem5.sh from the LLBP-X directory.
I made the same changes in overleaf.
not sure about the adding the
cd gem5in read.me. I think both the set up script and the set up commands leave you in the gem5 directory. But this way it matches what is in the overleaf document.
