Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@nomicfoundation/hardhat-toolbox-viem](https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat/tree/HEAD/v-next/hardhat-toolbox-viem). These dependencies need to be updated together.
