Download speed is slow

Go to some video (in the app - not browser).

Tap download

It is so much slow (as compared to downloading in NewPipe or PipePipe). I have only selected 360p in Preferences/Preferred Video Quality. Is this ignored?

BTW, what is the location it is cached or stored? I did try to see inside /storage/emulated/0/Android

There is no specific folder for this app. Or am I looking wrong.

sorry the inconvenience
i will learn from their implementation and fix it
it is stored in Internal Storage > Android > data > org.schabi.newpipe.localserver > files > videocache
