CI is green after rebasing over the other dependency bumps. The branch now updates Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection to 10.0.9 while preserving Resilience 10.7.0, Polly.Extensions 8.7.0, and Scriban 7.2.5 lockfile state.
