Release: contact form saves the lead before sending mail - #55

Brought over from the unmerged audit branch audit/build-contact-leads. The lead is recorded on the platform first, so it survives a mail failure. Outside production a missing or local Brevo key skips delivery (local development needs no account); in production the call still goes out, so a missing key fails loudly. NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL can override the app address. The branch's proxy.ts change is already on main and is left out.

Release of development to main: #54 (the contact route records the lead on the platform before it sends mail; local mail skip limited to non-production; NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL override).
Production deploys from main on Vercel; if the commit-author check blocks it, a Redeploy from the dashboard is needed.
