Summary

Final repository cleanup plus rescue of the old Christmas LEGO Movie Sets experiment as a canonical Pure presentation.

• rescue christmas-lego-movie-sets.html as an 8-round live AI image quiz
• preserve historical metadata: 21/11/2023, attendance 12
• use the existing shared Pure <gpt-input> image capability instead of restoring the standalone JS/CSS app
• add regression coverage for the quiz metadata, 8 image rounds and 8 Reveal answers
• remove obsolete scratch files and two unreferenced PDFs (~90 MB from the current checkout/tree; Git history is unchanged)
• refresh documentation for the finished 26-deck architecture
• avoid redundant dependency installs and keep npm caching on the build job
• remove the hard-coded presentation count from build verification so future legitimate decks are discovered dynamically

Quiz behaviour

Each round hides the film title in the image prompt, generates a title-free toy-brick visual clue, then reveals the answer as a Reveal fragment. Films: Home Alone, Elf, The Muppet Christmas Carol, The Polar Express, Die Hard, Gremlins, Love Actually, and It's a Wonderful Life.

Scope

No existing canonical deck content is changed and no new standalone runtime is introduced. The old Christmas CSS/JS app stays deleted; the rescued quiz uses Pure's maintained image-generation component/API boundary.

Known benign Vite asset/chunk warnings are intentionally left alone rather than changing runtime semantics.

Validation

Full 26-deck GitHub Actions and Vercel validation is required before merge, including the existing rendered BigBus background regression assertion and exported-site Chrome smoke.
