Dự án đã có nhiều lớp chuyển đổi HTKK, route theo MST/tài liệu và tích hợp signer nhưng chưa có một hướng dẫn phát triển tập trung để người tiếp quản có thể cài đặt, sửa nghiệp vụ, kiểm thử và triển khai an toàn.
