Adds a
docs/adr/directory documenting the project's key architectural decisions as lightweight ADRs (Status / Context / Decision / Consequences), with an index README and a template. The eleven records cover environment-based configuration, the buildless Mithril frontend, the no-Node.js/vendored-JS policy, mise for toolchain and tasks, uber/fx dependency injection, the single embedded binary, pure-Go SQLite, Lua as the function language, the in-house i18n layer, and the layered testing strategy. Each record is grounded in the existing codebase and cross-links related decisions. This is documentation only — no code or behavior changes.
