Overall this is looking good. A few things in the comments, as well as:
- guides/09.extensions/3.app-extensions/5.modules.md:11 could have flows added to the module list
- We need to update the environment sync docs to call out that it syncs flows folders as well.

I wasn't sure until I looked at the rendered page. That's Arcade @lindsey — are you able to update the arcade we feature here on the Clay guide?
