Multi-stage build: rust:1.99-bookworm builder + protobuf-compiler, debian:bookworm-slim runtime.

  • Non-root user (pawan, uid 10021), tini init
  • Builds pawan-api (service) and pawan (CLI) binaries
  • Cargo.lock tracked, --locked reproducible
  • PAWAN_API_PORT=3300 default, EXPOSE 3300

Verified: docker build succeeds (201MB image), pawan-api serves HTTP in container.

Phase 2 dockerization (docker-dev-isolation directive). pawan main is protected (reviews=1) — will merge after approving review.

Closing as duplicate — pawan dockerization landed via #121 (merged), after #94 cleared the clippy wall. Equivalent multi-stage rust:1.99 Dockerfile; #121 was the staged local one. Thanks for the equivalent work.
