Clears the residual Check & Lint Format red on main — pre-existing fmt drift (single stray blank line at main.rs:4450), not a #127 blocker. Verified: cargo +1.99.0 fmt --all -- --check now passes.

Clears the residual Check & Lint Format red on pawan main.
What: a single stray blank line at
crates/pawan-cli/src/main.rs:4450(between a test fn's closing brace and the next#[test]). Pre-existing fmt drift from the rust 1.98/1.99 pin drift — not a #127 blocker, but it makes every future PR inherit the red gate.Verified:
cargo +1.99.0 fmt --all -- --checkfails on current main (1 diff) and passes after this change.
