Isolates Meta code-1 detail expansion failures using smaller cursor-based reads, retains unavailable entries, and continues loading healthy conversations within the existing 50-entry scope. Adds UI handling, safe recipient selection, 16 regression tests and documentation of the AI Studio chat findings.
Validation: identical application code/tests passed 247 tests, TypeScript, lint and build on the test branch. The reporter deployed that build and confirmed the inbox loads again. CI: https://github.com/TylonHH/openreply/actions/runs/34864292076
This clean branch is based on upstream main and excludes all fork deployment/CI changes. The new commit itself has not rerun CI. Recovery adds API reads; Meta's underlying limitation remains.
