Most of my work is commercial and lives in private repos. Public here: Smorgasbord, an open-source web console for running fleets of coding agents. It was built the way it is used: by a fleet of coding agents, which is why the commit history looks the way it does.
- ting.pm: a software factory for AI-generated code. Test-first pipeline, automated code review, full audit trail; code never leaves customer infrastructure.
- distill.pm: turns a company's million-document archive into reviewed decision guidance, and answers questions over the archive in multiple languages.
- edition.pm: a multitenant website platform on AWS serverless.
- deck.pm (in progress): a browser-based slides app in the mould of Google Slides, with an AI assistant, that opens and saves real PowerPoint files with near-pixel fidelity.
