pip installs on Python 3.14 fell back to compiling the sdist because the wheel matrix stopped at cp313, so PyPI had no matching binary wheel.

  • pyproject.toml: add cp314-* to the cibuildwheel build selector and a 3.14 classifier. The selector is an allowlist, so cp314-* does not match cp314t-* -- free-threaded wheels stay excluded.
  • pyproject.toml: bump pybind11 build floor 2.13 -> 3.0 (first release with 3.14 support).
  • wheels.yml: bump pypa/cibuildwheel 2.23.4 -> 4.0.0; 2.23.4 predates 3.14 final and cannot target cp314.

Bundles the cp314 wheel support so a v1.1.1 tag publishes Python 3.14
wheels to PyPI. Keeps pyproject.toml and the package __version__ in sync.
