Structural k-means, or S k-means was developed by Quang-Van DOAN and his collegues at the Center for Computational Sciences, the University of Tsukuba. S k-means is open-source code in the public domian and its use is unrestricted. Including scripts of S k-means algorithm, test runs, results analysis and visualization tools.
