Same root cause as #35: the "serial too short" message means FreeFCC's passive probe didn't catch the aircraft serial, so there's nothing to embed in the 4G frames. (The gate that used to block 4G outright is separately fixed on main in #40.)
Worth trying: aircraft powered + linked, live video up in the DJI app, app in the foreground, then Connect and check the serial field populates before 4G. A manual aircraft-serial entry fallback is planned, which should cover cases where auto-detection won't catch it. Keeping this open alongside #35.
If it's working why need to change that ? Is it related to 4g?
It's because I took your 4G code and put it into my app, but without the method you use to get the serial number—my app was already retrieving the drone's serial number
Shipped in v1.5.5. Serial detection is rebuilt — it now actively queries the aircraft for its serial (instead of only passively waiting), reads more serial formats, and listens longer. And there's now a manual serial entry field in the 4G card: type the serial and tap "Use this serial for 4G" — which is exactly the option you added in your fork. Thanks for that.
Closing as you suggested. Reopen if the Lito X1 still won't detect or accept the serial.

v1.5.4 is out with the 4G fixes (the gate that blocked it, plus the activation-flag byte). Worth a retest on the Lito X1 + Dongle 2:
Please report your results!

Can you show me how you do it

I added an option to enter the drone's serial number manually.
And you can close this; I'm the user 'break'—I just forgot the password xD

I think I might be able to make the app get the serial number on its own some how
