…4565) List properties were added in Tiled 1.12 but were not documented yet. Document the new 'list' property type and the <item> element for the TMX format, the array of typed items used by the JSON format, and add the corresponding entries to both format changelogs. Also fixes two 'specificy'/'specific' typos in the changelog entries for the blend mode and object opacity.
ResetInstances and ReplaceObjectsWithTemplate changed the custom properties of the affected objects without going through the Document's property API, only emitting a MapObjectsChangeEvent whose CustomProperties flag isn't handled anywhere. The Properties view and the object reference arrows rely on the propertiesChanged signal, so make sure this signal is emitted. ReplaceObjectsWithTemplate emits propertiesChanged unconditionally, since the properties suggested based on the template may change even for instances without any overrides.
