Hello, I am trying to use the [Toggler](https://dojotoolkit.org/reference-guide/1.10/dojo/fx/Toggler.html) and am having issues. Now I am VERY green to typescript, but looking at dojo-typings/dojo/1.11/fx.d.ts I can see the toggler declared, but no export. Should I be able to import the dojo/fx/Toggler as is?
