Removal of agent_template.yaml handling

In order to simplify the handling of Domino's CloudFormation infrastructure model, the handling of agent_template.yaml has been removed. Public documentation will be updated in the coming weeks for new installs. For existing installs, your existing Domino install configuration will continue to be valid when using v1.0.0.
