Created Makefile to allow easy commandline compiling, and tweaked code slightly to compile with ancient version of MSVC.
To correlate binary extraction with NVRAM dump (dmpstore in EFI shell), display the GUID and name of the Variable Store declaration structure.

Very slight changes: Enables compiling with Visual Studio 2008, and more importantly prints out the full Variable Store structure (http://wiki.phoenix.com/wiki/index.php/EFI_IFR_VARSTORE), which was already being parsed, just not displayed. Having the GUID makes associating the forms to the variables trivial.
