Add GitHub Actions CI running the test suite - #2

Conversation
The repo has a test suite, a dev extra and a `make test` target, but nothing ran them automatically. Add a workflow that installs the pinned dependencies and runs pytest on pushes to main and on pull requests. Installs the CPU torch build rather than the PyPI default, which bundles CUDA and pulls gigabytes of nvidia packages the CPU-only suite never uses. The repo has a test suite (
tests/, 13 tests), adevextra and amake testtarget, but nothing ran them automatically — there was no.github/directory at all. This adds a workflow that runs
pyteston pushes tomainand on every pull request.Notes on the dependency install:
yfinanceappears nowhere undertests/), so the job needs no secrets and makes no external data calls.torchwheel on Linux bundles CUDA and drags in gigabytes ofnvidia-*packages. The workflow installs the CPU build from the PyTorch index first, so the pinnedtorch==2.11.0inrequirements.txtis already satisfied by the time the rest resolves.requirements.txt.Verified locally against this branch's tree: 13 passed in ~2s.
