Follow-on documentation-only addendum to merged #526. Preserves Claude-seat's reported quantitative trace findings and experiment #540–548, corrects the 'stale inbox directory' story (trace describes a plain journal file), records misleading scope receipt and tool-visibility confounds, and defines before/after measures for #521/#522/#527. Carefully attributes seat-reported rather than independently inspected data. No runtime changes, no auto-merge.
