MMv3.3

This is a hardware update. Firmware is the same as MMv3.2.

Changelog:

• Switched to IR photodiodes in reverse bias and updated silkscreen to match.
• Update layout to match BAC standard capability.

MMv3.2 Conversion Notes:

• The IR LEDs (D2 to D13) should be on the front (top) side of the board.
• Swap R2, R3, and R4 with 10kΩ resistors.
• Flip the polarity of the IR detectors (D4, D5, D8, D9, D12, D13).

• Removed TP pads in Pi Pico footprint
• Removed NeoPixel D1 decoupling capacitor
• Removed IR emitter NMOS gate resistors
• Switch to THT mounted IR sensors
• Improved silkscreen for IR sensor polarity
• Improved silkscreen for 9V connector polarity
• Increased 9V trace width
• Added thermal relief to bottom layer
• Added 2 extra mounting holes
